Dear community,
During the AI in Science Summit 2026 (AIS26), we will be hosting a side event on Thursday, 15 October, from 09:20 to 10:30 IST in the Cedar Suite, located in the same building and very close to O’Reilly Hall, where the plenary sessions will take place.
The Community Challenge Lab seeks to capture the pulse of the European AI-in-Science community, uncover recurring challenges and emerging trends, and identify areas requiring further attention. Insights gathered during the Summit will contribute to ongoing SCIANCE co-creation activities, including the development of the AI in Science Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), and will inform broader RAISE discussions.
How does it work?
During the hands-on session, you will work in groups to discuss the challenges you face, or observe, in the use of AI in science. Together, you will explore possible solutions and reflect on how existing or new policies could help enable and support their adoption.
Registration
If you are attending the AIS26, please register for this side event using this form: https://forms.gle/ZiUayqfVNc2YBAoM8
Not attending to the Summit?
No problem! We will run the same exercise online through the RAISE Forum on 15-16 October. Stay tuned for further information.
We look forward to your participation and valuable contributions, whether onsite or online.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to leave a message below.
We hope to meet many of you in Dublin!
